TRAINING STYLE
- I have been a Personal Trainer since 1998 (25yrs), since that time my Clientele has leaned towards a more Older and Mature client base, 45-50 to 80-90 years old.
- Having a much older client base, my training methods have revolved around clients: Strength, Balance, Coordination, Mental Health and overall Physical Wellness to ensure a more active and healthy lifestyle.
- I also specialize in; Group Fitness Training Programming and Direction, Strength Training and Cardiovascular Training and Implementation for high performance training and activities. My goal is to make each and every client more healthy and active to ensure a great quality of life.
HOBBIES
Spectator Sports (Baseball, Football, etc), Cooking, Good Music, Hiking, and Fine Drinks.
